IGP
Internal-Engaging Gear Pump is suitable for situations
requiring low noise, high pressure, stable running and
compact design, such as in plastic injection machines,
blowing machines, vulcanization machines, bending
machines and cutting machines. It is also used in
steering wheels, deck cranes, as well as vehicle
loading/unloading devices, lifting equipment and other
hoisting machinery.
Mechanism & Features:
When the internal-engaged gear set rotates, the
fluid is sucked into the pump casing and the cavity
between the inner and outer gears, whilst the bigger and
smaller crescents and the engaged teeth form seal in the
circumferential direction at all times due to the action
of the spring plate and the supporting tray forms an
almost gapless seal in the axial direction, thus
minimizing the pump's volumetric loss and the sucked
fluid is transferred from the tip of the teeth towards
between the teeth and is ejected from there at a high
pressure.
The internal engaging of the gear set, the slide
bearing, the automatic compensation in both axial and
radial directions, are all good guarantees for the
unique and illuminated features of this pump, namely:
high pressure, low pulsation, low noise and compact
design.
