Servo Reducers-CycloidalCycloid reducer use rolling elements and a multilobe cam to transmit torque and provide speed reduction. These reducers provide high reduction ratios with low backlash, high accuracy, and high stiffness. There are several advantages of cycloidal reducers. They offer high reduction ratio and high efficiency. They have a compact construction, small volume and less weight because cyclo drive and high strength material are used and manufactured in high precision. The cycloidal reduction motor keeps a compact construction and a small volume. Its volume and weight are estimated to be half of those of general gear reducers with equal transmission power. The main part of cyclo drive are all made of bearing steel. They are hardened and grinned with precision. Thus, the cycloidal reduction motor has high strength, few troubles and a long life. They have great overload capacity and high shock load resistance because the toothfrom of cycloid discs is a unremitting curve and so the cycloid gear teeth is not ruptured when it is bent. They adopt rolling mesh theory, due to which they decrease sliding friction and oscillation phenomenon. They are widely used in light industry, textile, crane-transportation, metallurgical-mining and oil chemical industry etc. They contribute much to the renovation and replacement of the directional products of the mine hoist, cement equipment, rod and bar mill train, lifting machines, sugarcane extraction mills, crushers and power generation equipment.
